The property market in Northern Ireland continues to experience positive growth.

There has been a rise in house prices in Northern Ireland over the past three months, according to the latest property survey. It means the average price of a home here is now £123,241.

The greater Belfast area saw the biggest growth in prices, going up by almost one tenth over the year to £118,894. The figures were published in a report by the Statistics and Research Agency and the Land and Property Services on Tuesday
