A guide to Tenancy Once you have taken time to browse the properties we have on offer you may be unsure of the process involved in obtaining a viewing or arranging a new tenancy. This guide aims to explain the process and we aim to provide as much information as possible. If anything remains unclear we are available to clarify any remaining concerns.

Arranging a Viewing

Once you have found a property on the website that meets your requirements then the next step is to arrange a viewing. We will work with potential tenants to accommodate suitable viewing times, including outside of normal office hours and we can arrange a viewing for any day during the week, including weekends.

Once you have viewed a property and decided you would like to go ahead and apply for tenancy our agent will provide an application form and a tenancy checklist to ensure you have all the required information before submitting your application.

Potential tenants may find it helpful to have a personal checklist with them when viewing a property to ensure it meets expectations and requirements.

Application Process

Once you have submitted your application our agent will check the application and references, we therefore ask that you provide telephone numbers for stated references. We may receive more than one application for a property and in such a situation we will discuss the applications with the landlord and the final decision will rest with them.

Once a decision has been made potential tenants will be informed at the earliest opportunity.

Successful Application

Once your application has been checked by our agent and the landlord has agreed to the tenancy we contact the successful applicant to arrange a time to sign the relevant paperwork and arrange for payment of the security deposit. The security deposit will ensure the property is removed from the market.
